Customer requesting refund for item I don't sell
I've recieved my first refund request. However, the customer is stating I sent the wrong item. The customer states I sent an item I don't have or sell. What is the best way to handle this? I don't mind refunding the item but only if they return what I originally sent them.

·3 years agoTell the buyer you did not sell the item they are returning. And the possibility that buyer is confused with another seller. , I would contact customer service and let them know the item in the return request was not on your sold page. The item has nothing to do with you.It does not make sense because when the buyer chooses an item, that item is associated with a certain seller and in this case that seller is you. You sold the item to the buyer. The picture may not be a good picture, but the item description should be something you sold.
