Customer requested refund under false pretense
I have a customer return I already approved with the buyer falsely claiming misleading advertising and product is defective. Then wants to return two other purchases after positive reviews were given stating everything was defective and falsely advertised. Today is my last day to resolve and I am still on vacation. Do I accept the other two returns? I feel I was ripped off. How should I proceed?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you want the items back before refunding, accept the return. Then if buyer has abused the ebay return system report them and appeal the refund.
