Customer requested order cancellations
Recently, I am being plagued by customer requested order cancellations whereby the customer places the order, completes checkout, and then immediately requests a cancellation. I have never had this type of issue in the past, now its nearly daily. Is it possible that this is some type of scheme to acquire seller's personal contact information? I attempted to contact Ebay about the problem, but since it does not have customer service I am posting here to ask if anyone else is experiencing the same issue?
