Customer recievd item but FedEx won't update.
I had a buyer report that he has received his shipment but FedEx tracking still shows it as "on the way". It has been like this for weeks now. I am new to Ebay so I can not get paid for a sale until it shows as delivered. I have repeatedly tried FedEx as well as Ebay customer service to no avail. Does anybody have any suggestions for a new Ebay'er.
