Customer receiving an item
Customer purchased item and I used Ebay shipping hub to print out label and I shipped it. They said that they did not receive the item. I provided tracking information and they said that they did not receive it.

OP2 years agoYes it does... but they keep saying that they didn't get.

·2 years agoTell the buyer that tracking shows it was delivered.
If they didn't get it, they need to contact the carrier and find out where they delivered it.
