Customer Received Parcel but not close the complaint
Dear Experts, My Shipment was delayed due to drop shipper, my buyer open the complaint to ebay that he have not received the parcel they gave me time line to 23rd June but on 20th June he received the parcel and confirm in the message but still complaint is open at ebay for refund, please guide how to handle. Thanks
