Customer received item, eBay not paying out
So I have multiple cards that have been shipped and confirmed with customer they have the card, yet there was no tracking on the package and eBay has not payed out my money. 3 or 4 order this has happened and one of my orders didn’t show up to the customer but also didn’t come back to me and a refund to the customer has already been handled. What do I do?
