Customer received item but tracking shows in transit.
What do you need to do if your item made it to the customer but tracking is showing in transit and last scan reads addresee unknown.

Mentor3 years agoGo to your Sold order and click on the tracking number to get to USPS.COM and click on the option to enter your email address to get updates on the tracking number.
