Customer received different color not listed in the ad
I am a Seller and I am not sure how to handle this situation. My customer purchased an item that was not the color in the eBay ad I had listed. She is refusing to pay shipping and handling as she has not used the product yet but saw it was the wrong color on the product. I want to resale the item but how do I get the item back so I can resale it without her having to pay out of pocket?
