Customer put his address in wrong so the item came back
I was surprised that even if I printed right off eBay shipping my labels and the buyer puts his address in wrong which I have no control over I lose the shipping and fees . Hopefully this doesn’t happen often ? I was thinking that yes refund for the item he purchased because I did get the item back but to have me pay the shipping costs was a surprise .

Mentor5 months agoWhen an item is returned to you because the package was undeliverable, you only need to refund the buyer for the price of item only, not the shipping charges the buyer paid.
