Customer paid time to ship
My eBay has a red label that customer has paid and it is time to ship. Customer picked up at my house months ago, so there was no need to ship. How do I remove this message?

Mentor2 years agoWay back when, you should have cancelled that listing and use Sell Similar to create a listing with Local Pickup. What you can do at this point is go to the order and select Mark as shipped, even though you did not ship.
