Customer Package arrived damaged wants a refund
I received a refund request for a package that arrived damaged he sent me pictures and box and item was damaged. I contacted ebay to file a insurance claim and was unable to understand a single word. I filed I mean I tried to file a claim with USPS but after 5 times filling out the information it said try back later. I am getting frustrated.

As the seller, you are required to provide the buyer what they paid for, unbroken. If it was damaged, you are ultimately responsible for that.
You will need to refund the buyer and report any damage to the USPS. I can't explain your issue with filing a claim online with the Post Office.
There is nothing eBay can do for you. Refund the buyer and work with the Post Office to open a claim. It sounds like the buyer is cooperating with photos.
