Customer overpaid shipping cost
Customer purchase three match cars, paid shipping Buy now.
customer requested combine shipping after paying cost for all three cars separately.
Shipped combined for less cost. Can eBay adjust cost to customer?

·3 years agoEbay won't do it, but you can.
Go to one of the orders and click refund in the menu next to the item, then enter the amount you want to refund.
