Customer opened a Brand New Sealed Video Game and it was missing item from the factory.
Buyer opened a new sealed video game deluxe edition PS5 TMNT Unleashed Deluxe. He states that inside was 4 buttons but 2 were alike.
He is demanding a full refund on something that is no longer new sealed.
Am i required to full refund the customer

Mentor4 months agoDepends on what case the buyer opened. If the buyer opened an "Item not as described" case then you must accept the return, pay the return shipping charges and give a full refund once the item is returned. You only have three business days to accept the return or the buyer can ask eBay to step in. If they do this then eBay will force a refund, give you a defect on your account and you will not get your final value fees back. What case did the buyer open?
