Customer not available for delivery
I shipped a package on April 1st and tracking shows that they attempted to deliver the package to the customer on April 6th. But it’s saying that the attempt was unsuccessful and they will make another attempt today. Sorry I’m new at this so forgive me for asking , but what happens when they are unsuccessful again? I have no returns no refunds as is for the product. As this also has the funds on hold until the customer receives it.( because I’m new to this they do a hold on funds). I did screen shots of everything. What do I do ?

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package today, they most likely will return it to you. If that happens, once you receive it, you would need to refund the Buyer, minus the original shipping. When you do that, eBay will refund most of your selling fees for that transaction. Once you refund the Buyer, you can then relist the item.
