Customer is claiming package arrived damage
Customer initially contacted to say she received an extra Cinnabar, but she did not receive a Lucky Penny eye color. Then she changed and stated that the package arrived damaged with a hole in it. Please allow to speak to an agent. May package was securely taped, and the carrier usually notify when a package is delivered damaged.
