Customer Input Wrong Address and Now Package was returned to me
The customer would like to pay for shipping again but I don't know how to have the address updated and the shipping redone. Do I need to refund the original purchase minus the shipping and ask them to pay again? Or is there a way to just have them pay for shipping again? But I also know that the address should not be altered after the sale so I'm not quite sure what to do.

·2 years agoSince it was returned, you can cancel the order and use a problem with the buyers address as the reason.
They they could buy again using the correct address.
Or send them an invoice through Pay Pal, so they can pay the shipping again.
