Customer ignored counter offer
Received an offer for an item and I replied that I would accept the offered price if three or more of the items were ordered. The buyer went ahead and ordered just one and paid. Now I can't cancel order or refunded her without paying eBay fees. How can this be corrected?

Mentor1 year ago@haroldba63 I am sorry but you made an error, that is not the way the messages in Best Offers work. You can not force a buyer to purchase more of an item to get a deal. The buyer can ASK you if you will give a discount of the buy X amount of items. Then you make arrangements for the discount.
