Customer has not picked up package
Hi there. So I have a package that is showing not delivered because the customer has not picked up the package at the post office. It has been sitting there for over a week and I have tried contacting them twice via messaging on ebay that the package is waiting for pickup at the post office. I asked our local postal worker what happens if it doesn't get picked up and she said after 15 days if it's not picked up the package will get shipped back to me. Are there any other ways to contact them? I'm not sure what happens if it gets shipped back to me. I don't feel like I am obligated to send a refund if that happens nor do I want to get a bad review. Any advice?

You think if the package is returned to you, you are entitled to keep the item AND the buyer's money?
While not legally bound to refund, if the item is returned to you, I would refund the item price (not including shipping if stated as a separate cost as that's already been used) and relist the item.

OP7 months agoI guess I don't have an issue refunding the item but not the extra fees and shipping cost. I just don't understand why they are not picking up the package when they placed the order. Is there any other way to contact them or have ebay contact them?

When you refund, the fees based on the amount of the refund are credited to you.
The post office has notified the buyer and so have you. There isn't any need to continue contacting him. He will either pick up the package or it will come back to you.
