Customer has item but delivery status not updated
Fedex is reporting the item had a delivery exception and needs to be picked up. I contacted the buyer and he states he received the item in perfect condition and thanked me. Is there anything i can do on my end? Seems like Fedex is causing the issue.
Fairly new seller, any insight is appreciated.

Click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.
