Customer had wrong address after already shipped.

Question

I shipped an item to a customer but was returned to me because of wrong address. Customer still wants the item but I don't want to take the hit for shipping. If I cancel order it will refund him the whole amount, which I already paid for the shipping label. He is fine rebuying it and paying the shipping again. What is the best way to go about this.

@rogers240r. Go to the sold item and refund the item price ONLY from the drop down menu next to the item. Use the reason other.

Then relist using sell similar so that the buyer can purchase again and provide the correct address on the checkout page.
