Customer Entered wrong address Now I have to pay return shipping?
4 weeks ago I had a customer who bought a parts from me and I shipped it out like normal. It cost me $5.96 to ship this $20 part. He then contacted me telling me that he had the wrong address. The item came back he paid me more shipping and I sent it back out. Now 4 weeks later I can a "Shipping Update" that I have to pay $26 for the return shipment to me. What do I do? I feel as if I shouldn't have to pay this, and the buyer who entered the wrong address should. I guess I am a little shocked because it has been over a month and I thought this was done and dealt with. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
