Customer doesn't want items that come with the main Item
Hello, I had a buyer interested in a defibrillator that I am selling but they messaged me and asked "Can I get this producto without manuals ? No need the Service manual and user manual… Also no need video tape" (They have bad spelling) I Thought It was strange and didn't know if I could do that. Thanks for your help!

Mentor1 year ago@furgus100 I personally would not feel comfortable selling a defibrillator without full instructions.
What if they hurt someone because they didn't have the instructions?
The buyer could turn around say you didn't ship all of the information.
I would tell the buyer that sorry but I am legally required to sell this as a complete set for consumer safety.

Mentor1 year agoIt sounds like the buyer wants a discount on the shipping and leaving out those items would make the package lighter. I would reply back to confirm that is what he wants, and not a discount on the item itself.

OP1 year agoShipping is a set price, and he just asked for that which is wierd.
