Customer didn't get offer rate

I sent a offer of 12.71 to a buyer for an item , but charged her the original price of 16.95

.not sure what happened? what is the best way to handle?

This will happen when the Buyer goes back to the listing to purchase instead of the offer. You can issue a refund for the difference.

I would refund before printing the label so the Buyer knows they didn't pay the full price.
