Customer didn’t receive
 
Hi , buyer texted me if he didn’t receive item and said me item returned in my address but in tracking number show me delivered.

If it has been at least one day past the estimated delivery date in the Order Details for this transaction, the Buyer can open an Item Not Received refund request. You will then need to add the tracking number into that request.
As long as you shipped on time to the exact address in the Order Details, eBay should close the request in your favor.
Ebay will not get involved unless the Buyer opens that request on eBay. And it is critical for you to enter the tracking number into that request.
