Customer did not read and eBay holding his money after I told them to refund him wanting me to pay
eBay wants me to pay fees on a refund I agreed to do with customer after customer did not read description of product. Hence I do Not accept returns but agreed to in this case but I refuse to pay eBay fees. They are holding his money they need to pay him all of it no fees need to be held.
