Mentor11 months ago@geotu3034 Were you piad for the item? I am betting that you were or you would not have shipped.
You can advise the buyer to file a return request. Use changed mind for the reason. Then you can refund the buyer once you get the item back.
If you don't do this then the buyer may do a chargeback and if that happens they usually keep the item and you still have to refund unless you win the case.
