Customer clicked to purchase item that I just sold on another site.

Question

I had an item on Ebay and Facebook market place. A person bought the item from Market place that I accepted. Before I had a chance to take the item off line on Ebay another person clicked to purchase. I have not received any funds but would like to cancel this Ebay order before money is transferred. dont know how.

You will need to cancel the transaction & refund:

You will receive a defect from Ebay for cancelling the transaction.

Ebay advises sellers not list items on other platforms while item is listed for sale on Ebay.
