Customer claimed item not what ordered but returned a co different item that we do not sell
What can I do to get my money back? Customer sent back a manual for the item which is not at all what I sent them but customer got his money back because they showed it was delivered back to me. Last time I had one of these ebay never resolved issue and kept saying someone would look into it but nothing was ever done.
