customer charge $20 additional
I sold an item. customer offered $60 I counter offered $65. Today I received a message from customer that she was charge the original price $85. I told her I couldn't do anything that she had to contact Ebay. So far I haven't received any message I try to contact Ebay and there is no way to do it, the chat do not give me any right option to help.
I need it someone on the phone to see if they fix the issue with the customer but NO OPTIONS TO CONTACT EBAY<
