customer can't pay for an item
he tells me that the item he won isn't in his cart to pay for it
I tried resending the invoice but it still doesn't show up in his cart
any advice appreciated!!

Mentor2 years agoHave you verified that the user is actually the winner of one of your auctions?
Is the user able to pay directly from a link in the item listing or the purchase history of the correct account?

OP2 years agoyes he is a regular customer of mine, I will try asking him to check his purchase history for a link to pay. thanks a lot!!
