Customer can't get their item shipped to oregon-washington
I've sent items to both of these states before, and I have a customer with a very very good rating message this:

"I tried to make an offer of $9.00, but the way you have set up your shipping details does Not allow shipping to Portland, Oregon or Washington State. I live on the border of both states, so I tried both of my addresses."

I've never had an issue like this, does anyone know what I've done wrong? I checked my shipping.. I don't seem to have any restrictions.
Any help would be appreciated.

OP10 months agoYou guys are awesome! I really mean that. Thank you! I checked the size, it should be ok, but that was really nice to know.
Then I contacted ebay via the links provided, and they said to add carriers. (I only had one) and then they said that should fix it. Passing it along to my customer now. Thanks again!

Thank you for the update, obviously without account access we are limited with the knowledge to provide more accurate info. But glad it worked, however, you only need one carrier, that's all I ever use. What carriers do you have selected?

I just want to confirm one thing that @comics-scifi-collectibles has provided. Typically this is a mistake on the listing in the Shipping section. If you have not made any changes provide the eBay item number and one of us can try sending an offer to see if we get the same error (knowing were are in different states than your customer).
I've actually made the mistake myself when in a rush entering the dimensions on a package, I inadvertently enter two dimension values in the L field resulting in a package that will NOT ship by the carrier and method I have selected.
Example: my box will be 16 x 8 x 4 but I accidentally enter 168 x 4 x 0

Mentor10 months ago@mr_lincoln This one is odd because I did add it to my cart and it shows $6.05 shipping. I even tried looking at the listing with an Oregon zip and it had it shipping.

Mentor10 months ago@getpr38 That usually happens because of a mistake in the shipping section BUT your listing looks ok. When there is a mistake it will say shipping not specified.
This is a mystery to me. Have them try another browser and make sure that are not using a VPN or Starlink.
If that doesn't work then you can contact customer service but I am not sure that they will do much more than "open a ticket"
