Customer cancelled after I had printed the shipping label. Did not ship. Can't on my end cancel and
refund as it says already mailed.

Mentor5 months ago@greensl500 If you can not accept the cancelation then the only way to handle this is to Refund the buyer from the drop down menu next to the sold item.
Select Refund and then reason other, you can say why in the box.
eBay will refund your sellers fees.
There is NO way to cancel an order after a cancelation request is filed.

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

OP5 months agoCalled E-Bay and they had to send a link as I was not able to cancel due to the fact that I had printed a shipping label (like I had already sent the items). Then on the three dots I could cancel and refund the buyer. Hard to get thru to E-Bay but learning after all this time. Also, I cancelled the shipping label which is not hard to do. thanks

You need to cancel the shipping label first then you can cancel the order and refund the buyer.
Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

After the label is voided go back to the order and cancel.
