Customer can not purchase item international

I have an item I am selling through Ebay I made an auction for them but he cannot buy it, it states that I do not ship international even though I have it on my listing. It is too United Kingdom.

I looked at 2 of your active listings. One uses the ebay International Shipping, and the other only ships to the USA. With only 11 active listings, it shouldn't take too long to review all of them and make sure that the EIS is selected.
