Mentor8 months ago@33oldmedicaledge For this order all you can do is relist so that the buyer can purchase again. The buyer can contact customer service to appeal the unpaid item strikes on their account. Depending on your buyer requirement settings the buyer may not be able to buy from you again unless you add them to the exemption list.
If you want to allow buyers more time to pay then you need to turn off the automatic unpaid cancelation setting OR add the buyer to your Exempt list.
