Customer asks, can you combine shipping with multiple purchases?

Question

Does this need to be set up in advance, or can you go in and change shipping prices on one unit and remove shipping from other. I dont want to lose money, but makes sense if all going to same place.

Combined shipping can be set up on this page BUT will only apply to future sales. Shipping Preferences

I have mine set to ADD all shipping costs and then I refund the overage on Buy it now items with immediate payment required.

If you have multiple purchases from the same Buyer and they are not Guest purchases I have provided a step-by-step method on combining those below. You can refund any shipping overage once you have the actual cost to ship all items in one box.

You can actually Combine multiple Buy it now items prior to printing a label:

-Sold items will be in your Awaiting shipment-print shipping label file

-Use the check box on the left for the items to be Combined

-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop-down menu on the left, select Print shipping labels

-The items will be moved to the Bulk label flow

-Use the check boxes again on the left and then click the Combine button at the top of the page

-The items will be Combined, over on the right you can adjust the weight, box dimensions, Shipping method (if necessary) and then review and print the label in the upper right.

-If you want a receipt it is a secondary function on the Bulk label flow.

-You can Refund the Buyer the shipping overage once you ship the package.
