Customer asked to change from local pickup to shipping.
The customer asked to change the method of delivery from local pickup to shipping. How do I charge for shipping after the customer paid for the product?

You will not be able to change the delivery method after the sale. If you are willing to ship to the buyer, and they have agreed to the price, you will need to cancel the sale using reason problem with buyer's address. Then list the item again with the shipping for the buyer to repurchase.

OP2 years agoThank you! I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question. From what I could see that was the answer however I am not too experienced and wanted to hear if there was another way.
