Customer asked to cancel order, but it appears EBay is still going to charge me the promotional fee
Customer asked to cancel order, but Ebay charged the insertion fee of 46.50 and the Ad Fee if 44.07. It appears they will credit me for the 46.50 but they want me to specifiy which credit card they can charge the Ad Fee of 44.07 to. Why should I have to pay this fee if the customer requests to cancel their order?
What can I do?
