Mentor2 weeks agoeBay gives the buyer 30 days from the date of delivery to report an issue and open a return request.
After that, they can open the return request but you are not obligated to accept the return. (unless you offer 60 day returns)
If they have opened a request, do you see a way to close the request?
They do have about 60 days to leave feedback for the transaction.
