custom templates

Question

anyone else having trouble using their custom templates. When I insert them they get inserted into the begining of the description instead of where they belong. eBay won't fix it for me.

@comics-scifi-collectibles thanks! ðŸ™‚ I was just testing for @murphman20 Here's what I found - yes, if I type some text and then insert my custom template, it inserts at the beginning. This is because of underlying html in the description. Playing around, if I clicked, show HTML code and then entered a
after my text, the inserted template would go at the end, where my cursor was Here's an example with AI description - I entered the final

@murphman20 . I have seen a few reports of this technical error, even experienced it myself. No matter where I put my mouse pointer it always puts the template at the top of the description box. I recommend using the ? Mark on the lower right of most pages to report the problem to eBay. I am using windows 10 and Chrome. I haven't gotten around to trying a different browser yet.

@murphman20 The custom templates should be inserted where your cursor is when you insert them. eBay doesn't revise listings, you'll need to revise any listings you want changed.
