Custom fee & tax
I purchased an item from Japan and I live in US. I paid for the purchase and also got charged for tax. Do I have to pay more after I get the package for custom? Thank you.

Mentor3 years ago@miamisyk-8 Your state charged the sales tax. Sales tax is charged by the state the item is delivered to, it doesn't matter where the seller is located.
Last I checked you would not owe any US import customs fees unless the item is over $800.
