Custom duties when buying from a foreign supplier
I have seen an item offered by seller located in west Europe. The value of the item is about USD 400. Does it need to pay duties when arriving to the US?. The item is a part for a BWM car. There is a maximum value when customs duties are applicable? Thanks,
