Custom complience YCC email.
I recived email from customer compliance YCC that request additional information about my package from US to EU. They requested invoce or payment proof, otherwise they will hold my parcel. I assumed that ebay global shippment has not this kind of stuff. Is this legit? Have anyone received such an email?or it is just a scam and i shoud ignore it. Thank you

Mentor1 year agoI am not familiar with YCC, but you can always go to your Purchase history, locate the purchase, click on View Order Details, and print out the information to show to the YCC.
