Custom charges
Hi, I'm new to Ebay. I advertised an item for sale and someone has bought it. I posted it from Ireland to the UK and sent it by An Post. The person has not received a notification of a custom charge before the item can be released to them. Should I have mentioned "that there could be a custom charge"? Or is this normal anyway? Thanks.

Due to US customs policies, the buyer of this item will need to pay import fees to the shipping carrier prior to delivery.
