Custom built airplane models not received
Bought 2 airplane models to be professionally built, in January t ~$700. Expected date in August. ? expected time was because of backlog or fine detail ? Watching progress for awhile, but when August passed I wrote seller where the items were and they responded with surprise. I asked they redo it and now they want to charge $200 for materials to redo, and refuse to give refund. Ideas on options?
