curry clearance return
Hello I need help with this the seller has sent over confirmation that DPD will come by and collect a return. DPD has not showed up and there was not even a message or text. I have contacted the seller several times and I have not having any response. I just need the seller to produce another DPD collection so I can return the item. Any suggestions would help please

That is not how returns happen on Ebay.
· Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “Doesn't match description“. Attach a photo.
· IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
· If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
· If the seller’s return shipping address is in another country, they will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or they can refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask Ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
EDITED TO ADD: Read recent feedback for your seller and proceed with the return request as I have specified.

OP2 weeks agoHi this is what the seller sent me: Thank you for your message.Your DPD collection has been booked for Friday 24th July between 10:00 and 17:00.In the case the date isn't suitable, please let us know in advance, and we will try and arrange a new one with the courier.Collections are from Mon – Frid 9am to 5pmThere is no preparation needed for this collection, the DPD driver will apply their own label so you must only ensure that the item is packaged safely for transport.As soon as your returned item has been inspected and processed, we'll send you a confirmation email advising we have issued your full refund. returns will be processed within 5 working days once received in our warehouse (excluding weekends and bank holidays)Refunds will be issued via eBayKind regards,RyanCurrys Clearance eBay Store

Who is DPD?
If I'm reading your post correctly, you are saying that the Seller is sending someone to pick up your eBay item so you can return it?
That's not how returns work on eBay.
When was the item delivered? What is the item? If you could provide more details, we'd would be happy to try to help.

OP2 weeks agoDPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) here in the UK and the carrier never came, It was for a foot massager. So I am a bit confused. I may just need to send it back myself and pay for it which is not right.

Mentor2 weeks agoDid you open a return request? There is no such thing as a return pick-up. You must mail the item back. The reason you chose determines who pays for the return. If the item was not as described the seller must send you a return label. Any other reason and you pay for return shipping. Watch the dates and don't let the return date pass.

OP2 weeks agoDPD never showed up and the seller won't respond to me. So I assume now I just need to pay for sending it back which is annoying
