CURRENTLY SOLD OUT - Page, Instead of the original listing
Ugh Ebay can be so frustrating ! I would just like to look at the item that sold, and it keeps just displaying "CURRENTLY SOLD OUT" and then pushing in a bunch of other listings that have no relevance or anything I want to see. I would like to see the sold item and the pictures after the item sold.

Mentor2 years agoThat particular link is a product page, not an individual listing. Several listings can be linked to a single product page by a product number, and when one sells out, another item listing becomes the default purchase for that product page. When all listings are sold out, the product page appears as you see it.
If you know the original item number, pasting that item number into an address like this should work:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/256444964134
Unfortunately, in this particular case the link points back to the product page. There should be a way to include a parameter in that page address that prevents the page from being redirected, but I do not recall the exact "nobounce" format to accomplish that offhand.
However, this link on ebay.ca seems to still point to the original item listing:
https://www.ebay.ca/itm/256444964134

Mentor2 years agoYou should be able to see the original listing if you are within ninety days of the listing ending -- longer if the seller uses the "out of stock" feature -- unless the seller has removed the images entirely or edited the listing to sell a different item.
Have you tried scrolling down past the sponsored listings? Or looking for a link to the original listing?
What is the item number?

OP2 years agoYes, it doesn't work like a normal listing after the item ended. There is nothing th scroll down to see. I even tried changing the URL to use the item number and it redirects to the "CURRENTLY SOLD OUT" page with just 2 rows of listings to sroll right on that are similar items.
