Hi, I created a listing and the default currency is USD, any ideas on how to change it to GBP?

You are currently on the USA site eBay.com and so US$ is the default.
If you want £ you need to list your item by starting on eBay.co.uk
You can't use sell similar from a listing that is on "eBay.com". You have to just copy and paste the information you want to avoid this problem.
There isn't a way to change the current listing. You will need to make a new listing on the UK site. You can't change the country of a listing you have started already.
