-Did you file an official return through eBay or did you just ship it back t the return address on the shipping label?
-Was it NEW when you got it but you used it once? If so then it is now USED, NOT NEW and the Seller can withhold money because you changed its condition.
-Did you only get part of your purchase refunded to you?
