Mentor1 year agoYou appear to be a buyer only. The only reason I know of is sellers blocking buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions from bidding or purchasing their items. Not all sellers will have that block. Also, sellers can specify the countries they will ship to or not ship to, so that could be the reason you are unable to purchase from some listings.
